My dictionary app just told me that the word of the day is "effloresce"

–verb (used without object), -resced, -resc·ing.
to burst into bloom; blossom.
Chemistry .
to change either throughout or on the surface to a mealy or powdery substance upon exposure to air, as a crystalline substance through loss of water of crystallization.
to become incrusted or covered with crystals of salt or the like through evaporation or chemical change.

So I hope you effloresce in the the greatest big ole you, you can be this weekend.  :) Does that work? What the heck is happening here?

My Ipod is stuck on 3-3/4 speed and all of my 7-1/2 ips music sounds liiikkkeee thhiuuuusss geerrruhhhgggg whereerewhuuh. . .(We've gone old skewl in the studio this week!)

Or. . .my ipod is stuck on 78rpm. . .and all of my music sounds like ti-nkle-tinkie-tinkle-tinkie, ect! Ha! (I feel tremendously more intellegent for having typed out these sounds :)
Actually someone needed some reel to reel tapes dubbed, cleaned up and put on cd.  I haven't had my 1/4" reel to reel hooked up in a while.  Well. . .I set it up and tested it before they arrived and sadly I found out if was sick.  It only will playback at 3-3/4 ips.  I used to have three players and I got rid of the other two leaving me with one (yes admire my stellar mathuhmatikal abiliteez).  Now I remember why I had three.  It is not very often that i need 1/4" reel but when you do you do! (the inner depth of this logic is beyond the scope of most peoples ability to grasp and conjure) I may get an engineer friend to take a look at it.  He can probably get the wasp nests out while he's in there.  Hey maybe he can rig in a USB plug like these new record players. . . hmmm. . .
(I actually do have some 78rpm records in the studio. . .but only for decor :)

Happy weekend! I hope it goes at the correct speed! :)

Ambidextrous Mouse and cat! The cat isn't ambidextrous, just there. . .present. . .accounted for! Curiously!

Well, we are doing this new way of eating that involves eating lots of fresh things.  Fruits, vegatables, nuts, ect.  So, I find that eating and working are beginning to intersect.  I had the thought earlier that if I had a left handed mouse (computer) that I could eat and work simultaneously.  I obviously eat mostly right handed.  I observed that constantly stopping to use the napkin was impacting my productivity. However, I'm pretty sure there would be a learning curve to using a left handed mouse and after rethinking this out loud it seems a little silly to buy another mouse just for that purpose.

And that's the mouse! Since, i make a living with my voice someone remind me to NOT yell at the cat who is streaking through the house with our small dog in a headlock!  It happens.  See spot run. . .awkwardly attached to a large cat. . .as the story goes?

Oh, the food we are eating. . .if you are interested go here:

Is your iPhone taking pictures of you without your conscent? Maybe that's what was in the "fine print" You did read the "fine print", right? Hmmm. . .

Interesting story from the Huffington Post! Click the picture above to read!

I'm not too suprised.  My 3G would occassionally have screenshots of the phone in the picture library.  That would be it taking pictures of itself, correct?  It seems that the phone taking pictures of it's owner is an improvement.  And then there's the one time my iPhone did the laundry and emptied the dishwasher and made dinner, hmm. . .those were the days.

You did read the "fine print". . .
